Where is the office for car Suma payments in La Marina?

The SUMA offices near you are:
Elche - C/ ALMASSERA 1
Elche - Avda. d'Ausiàs March, 13
Guardamar - C/ DR. LUIS RIVERA, 14
Rojales - C/ Joaquín González, 3
It's a long time since I've been in one, but they didn't used to take payments themselves. The backs of their bills gave the names of banks into which you could make the payment, and I used to go to the CAM bank.
I set up direct debits years ago so that I wouldn't have the hassle.
A representative from SUMA visits the urbanisation on a regular basis on certain set days of the month, and can be seen without an appointment at the Oficina del Ayuntamiento at top end of Calle Madrid, by Dial Prix supermarket.
I'm not at all sure which days this happens, but something tells me it's the first and third Monday of the month. If you call in to that office, the ayuntamiento staff will tell you the dates.

The Guardamar office mentioned previously, I found the best option, directions meant little to me, so I google-mapped it on my phone it was a doddle. I took all relevant paperwork ( passport, NIE number and more besides). They couldn't have been more helpful. Filled in direct debits for future years (will have to return during March/April to pay I was 2 days too early).
I was informed I could wait for a bill to pay at the bank,or, return with paperwork and pay via BANK CARDS ONLY - NOT CASH.
