Jim no need to apologise! As you say anything is possible and they don’t make it easy for us. I probably wouldn’t have known myself if I hadn’t been pre-occupied with doing dads Probate..I did it all myself as the Solicitor were wanting far too much money...where have I heard this before 🤣. This is what’s so good about this forum we are all here to help one another and we learn so much from it,on every topic imaginable.

Steve..good luck and from what Jim says about his revaluation I’m hoping they forget about ours!

Thanks Cathy your information was really helpful, I had been looking at so much conflicting information and not easy on publihing dates on a lot of sites.

Lets hope our review is not as bad as Jims but when you look that it was back in 1995 its a bit scary as its way overdue.

I don't think you need to fret too much about a catastral revaluation, as we were a special case. Look at the following about municipalities where revaluation has been done recently:

https://www.abc.es/economia/abci-municipios-sube-o-baja-catastro-2019-201901012058_noticia.html

Most increases are minimal, and some have even reduced.

Thanks Jim, it might not be all doom & gloom then.
