INSS appointment

I am trying online to get an appointment at the INSS in Torrevieja, I am using my Digital Certificate and it just comes up with an error message and no further details. Any advice will be welcome.

Hello Ken

Do you mean you are using your Digital signature? You can do it directly online with just a link.

Ive just tried using this link and its only asking for NIE number & personal details to make a prior appt, it looks fairly straightforward tho I obviously didnt follow it to the end. Give it a go & see how you get on.

tried your link Ellin, and it comes up with page not available ?? On other occasions I have got into the page that askes for personal details and NIE number, but the security question at the end always says I have the wrong answer, i.e what family does 20-15 belong to, five is in the options but when I put five in it tells me it is wrong. Frustrating, try it and see how you fair .
