hi

everyone

little known EU banking law call your bank and ask for a chargeback to be completed

if your dispute is over 15 days they will credit your account and drawback funds from the company you are in dispute with?

and if you are 70 or over they will refund immediately

I have just used this process with RyanAir who tried to get me to accept vouchers

I had paid on a debit card

good luck

Hi. Do you know what piece of Law this is actually called please? I’d like to be able to quote it when I call the bank ... and sound as though I know what I’m talking about! Haha!

Brilliant. Thank you very much. We’ve had 6 return flights with Ryanair and 4 with Easyjet that we’re waiting on for refunds!

I took the voucher option but when rebooking the voucher details are being declined. Called 60 times over 2 days, sent 3 messages on twitter and 2 emails but to no avail. Just hope you don’t have to call them! I’ve given up now and really angry

This company deserves (and others like them) all the bad press that comes their way. Let’s all keep sharing our experiences with one an other.

Regards

Jim
