It's actually 1.1%, and that's only applicable if there's been a catastral revaluation in the last ten years - otherwise it's 2%.

We have only been charged 59€ for a year for a castral value of 58000€ don't know if we have paid enough? We used a suggested company on this forum

I've just contacted the company and I am looking at the wrong figure, feel like a right pillock. They have confirmed I am paying the correct amount.

That sounds too high for NRT and could be your SUMA.
