We currently live in Los Montesinos and need to use a 4G router for Wi-Fi. Can anybody recommend a good company to do this? In particular I would like a company that uses English on its website.

I have tried DiGI but they only use Spanish which is not surprising as we are in Spain, but I hope you know what I mean. I cannot understand how to upgrade and buy new data. My account with them is currently in credit but no data has been allocated..

Use the translate facility on your browser. There’s a  huge help section on the  DiGi website  as well as a list of ways of recharging your sim.

Thanks for that reply I will try it. I’m not too sure about how to use the Translate on Google without losing the original page. I will persevere. Many thanks.

Which browser are you using , Chrome  (is the easiest) , Safari  etc. ?

Android or Apple?

We can talk you through using translate  - it just magically translates one language to another

Once you’ve found it, you’ll wonder how you’ve lived without it !

I have apple iphone, usually use safari but also have chrome. Do not really understand how/why one is better but i accept what you say.

I open the digi app, then open google to translate and cannot then get back to digi. I am a bit of a novice.

Instructions for either iPhone or iPad - Open chrome and go to the DiGi site

In the address bar where is says digimobile.es  look to the left you may see a greyed out  GT  symbol on my  screenshot you can  it is blue . It’s turns that colour  once it’s been translated.

If the GT sign isn’t there then look to the right of the address bar you will see three little dots. If you tap that you’ll get a drop down box which gives you the option to translate. Once you select that you may  automatically translate for you or you will get the opportunity to translate from Spanish to English. If you then get the opportunity to select always translate , every time you open something in Spanish on Chrome it will translate for you.

if you want to do the same thing on Safari then again on the left of the address bar you see two capital letters AA although one is smaller than the other. Tap the AA and it will again give you a drop down box to translate.

Thank you so much for this it’s a bit late now but I will try tomorrow and see if I can get it to work. I really appreciate your assistance on this. I’ll let you know how I get on.
