Uploading vaccine certificate

Thanks jack1959, I know a lot of people have had difficulty with this and end up filling in the details manually 

I’ve just been out and back from Spain, didn’t upload any copies of my 3 vaccination certs, just took paper copies with me, as well as having electronic versions on my phone. Didn’t encounter any issues, the SPH and Passenger Locater forms were still generated without needing to upload copies of the certs

There was no requirement to fill in any details, apart from ticking a box to confirm that you have had the vaccinations - might have had to to put in the dates but i cant recall doing so?

There is a section where it asks if you want to upload copies, just tick no, and ensure you have eithe rpaper copies or electronic ones on your phone.

You will definitely need to complete both the SPH and UK locator forms though - without these you wont get on the plane!

Many thanks Steve, we fly out on 27th and I was getting really worried about filling in the forms, i think it asks for name of booster and date.

If you have had your jabs in the UK, and have downloaded the certs for printing, or saving on your phone, the details of the types of jabs + dates are on the cert.

I can’t speak for the EU certs though?

Hi I arrived to Spain today 9 February 

I filled in and uploaded all forms online 

And when arrived I had to show my QR code for location to enter spain 

They asked to see copies of my UK Vacation

 The main thing I was trying to find out was how to upload the vaccine cert into the SPh form.  when you choose the file did you copy and paste the QR code or the whole UK vaccine cert which shows the three vaccines . Thanks for information
