Hi everyone who is as confused as we are the latest email from BA after they had cancelled all of our flights for September.....’we now have you booked on a return flight from Alicante to Heathrow airport on 30th September ‘ despite the fact that as far as they are concerned we have not been able to fly to Alicante so getting us home is not an option!
We now have the usual problem of contacting BA to try to claim our refund which was offered to us when they cancelled our flights as we had already used our evoucher, and....as everyone is aware it’s impossible as the usual Covid messages are on the end of the telephone.
We can’t wait to come to Playa Flamenca with Ryan Air on a week Tuesday to try and shut our brains down 🤞🤞 albeit with all of the usual precautions 😷😷
