Email address for Ayuntamiento Re caterpillars dangerous

I have been asked to contact Ayuntamiento to report caterpillars dangerous in Calle Ebro close to the children’s play park.
Were they helpful when you reported the caterpillars?

That address would indicate to me that there is a designated official dealing with, mainly, I assume, foreign residents. I base this on it being exactly the same address as the official so designated in this area, who is multilingual. The emails are always acknowledged and replies received, so I see no reason why you should not use this email to report your concerns.
Curiously some four or five years ago, I complained bitterly about potholes left unfilled after water repairs in our rural lane. I received a reply that the Alcalde had been informed and it would be dealt with. As it indeed was, some four years later!
