Medical notes

If you go to GVA Salut and register with a clave under Patient Portal (it shows you how to do it) you can access your hospital records under medical history.

Now, it used to be very easy when it was run by Ribera salud and you just entered your SIP number and a few other details and they would send you a SMS with a code and you could then call everything up. I haven't used it since they brought the new system in nor do I have a clave to do so but if it's the same details then you can access all your hospital records and test results etc (including history).

It may still be the same but you need to register first unlike before.

If it works please let us know. If it doesn't then I should imagine you would have to ask at your local health centre.

If you cannot access your medical notes online as described by marcliff you can request them directly at the hospital or medical centre. I have done so and they were provided within 30 minutes while I waited. 

Thanks for the replies. I have the GVA salute app and slave but I am finding it difficult still.  Can it be seen English?

Not on the site but if you use Google Chrome as your ISP you can change it to English by simply clicking the right button on your mouse/keypad and selecting change to English. You will then get a message saying always translate. By clicking that every Spanish web page will change to English.

Alternatively you can download an app on Microsoft Edge and the same on others. My phone also has a translate function but, at my age, I can't read the tiny (to me) writing so always use a laptop to look at these pages and use Google Chrome.
