Hi peeps

I've recently had a weird situation with doctors appointments at Cabo Roig.

I had reason to log in to the GVASalud app, and noticed that I had two upcoming appointments which I hadn't asked for and hadn't otherwise been notified of! I was all set to attend the first one on Friday evening, and checked the app again about an hour beforehand - and it wasn't there any more! So I didn't go.

The second appointment was for Wednesday afternoon, and it also disappeared from the app in the early morning.

Has anybody else had a similar experience?

Cheers

Steve

Absolutely Steve! This has happened a couple of times for us. If you turn up they are not expecting you 😂 I think it is a reminder for the doctor to do something, like contact the hospital, update prescription etc. It is most confusing. I attended on my husband’s behalf last week, and she wasn’t expecting him. I really miss YoSalud, where you could message the doctor. Merry Xmas. 😎

Thanks Sheila!

Your suggestion about reminders makes a degree of sense - I received a hospital appointment via SMS just a day or two after the first disappearing doctors appointment!

And yes, YoSalud was a much better facility than GVASalud!

Cheers
