Does anybody know if you can access your car insurance policy online with easy cover (liberty seguros) the reason I’m asking is I booked an ITV tomorrow morning and I can’t find my documents Or rec
Whilst I always take my insurance policy with me to an ITV I've never been asked for it.

I only ever take a copy of the renewal invoice
Done maybe 20 ITVs and never ever been asked for proof of insurance but in any case ITV stations have access to DGT records where it is shown anyway.
It's also shown in the MiDGT app.
BTW I hope "can't find my documents" doesn't include the actual car docs because without them you are in trouble!

On the Liberty Seguros website there is a "Customer Office" section.
Once you have registered, you have access to all of the policy details.

I phoned them and they emailed the policy to me.
