We're with Liberty Seguros, through Jennifer Cunningham agents - for a 3-bed detached house with private pool and £50k contents, our Home policy renewal has just come through at €404.

For comparison, I'll phone other companies for quotes, as I do every year, although I've never been able to do better than Liberty Seguros (this may be because we receive a multiple-policy discount for having our cars insured with Liberty as well).

The other consideration is standard of service.

We use Liberty through a local agent and have made a couple of vehicle claims. Both occasions the service was excellent,also when we had to claim for household water damage.

I am currently dealing with a claim for water leak damage to my mother’s house as she is now in a Residencia, so I have to act for her. The agents ,and by association, Liberty, are being more than helpful.

I also use Liberty via Jennifer C,  and they are more than helpful in all aspects.

Seems plenty of recommendations on here and your price seems reasonable.
