...er the figure is multiplied by either 1%(recently revalued) or 2% if not revalued within past 10years then multiplied by the 19%(this year for last year) or 24%from year of 2021(paid in 2022).You need to look at your IBI invoice, then you can work it out. Hope this helps.

Hi Pauline, as we haven’t bought a property yet we don’t have the IBI statement to work out what we would be due.
If the property is owned by a married couple is the tax split 50/50 or is it doubled do you know please?
