I have broadband with VegaFibra, but it comes up low security on WiFi, (VB said it isn’t low security, it’s because of the restrictions they apply it shows this on WiFi) and Amazon won’t let me add my Alexa, because of this, Can anyone suggest a server that Amazon will accept

Hi, were not very technical but we are with Avatel for wifi and we get Amazon Alexa, never had any problems. Hope you get sorted soon 😊
Hi, I’m with Vega Fibra I have no problems connecting my Alexa. Here in U.K. I’m with Virgin their wifi shows low security but I have 2 Alexa’s and a Google Hub connected.

I think your issue is more likely to be with your Alexa settings, rather than wi-fi strength?Do you gave a VPN set up and if so, is it configured correctly?

Thank you so much for your help. I have Nord VPN. Amazon told me to buy from Spain, as my English Alexa won’t work on Spanish broadband

I have two Alexa devices.
One the first edition Echo purchased from the U.K. many years ago and an Echo Show, purchased from Amazon.es - when they were almost giving them away last Black Friday.
Both work perfectly, as do all my firesticks and Alexa on my iPad and iPhone.
Come to think of it my firesticks are a mixture of U.K. and Spanish purchases.
which device are you trying to add, it should set up automatically, but if not you have a choice for manual configuration. The manual bit is as simple as searching for a device and then enter a code.
Does the Alexa app on your phone not work either - normally if you have any problems on set up if will take you through to chat.
If you can speak to Alexa on your phone, then just return your device to default settings.
