We have a little Daystar 125 motorbike, which is too small for the main moto clubs that we have found so far. We would like to find others with small bikes or scooters for local social rides and meetings.

Would anyone know what the area around Calle Dr. Alexander Fleming is like in the off-season?

I have been doing a lot of research around areas of torre that are desirable for me (peaceful, yet on the edge of town and near amenities). There are some budget friendly options around there and I think the area will be improved when the los locos beach work is done. 

I am looking to buy initially as a holiday home but eventually I would like to retire there so I am wondering:

 a) about the area in general

 b) as there appears to be a lot of holiday home style property there, what is the occupation level like in the off season?

103000 miles. English registered. Mot runs out end of July. Had new wheel discs and serviced regularly. Recently drove from UK to Benidorm with large caravan, but need to sell due to now living here and needing to but a Spanish registered car or motorhome. Only £5000 ovno.

We have arranged transport for about 20 m3 of furniture, but the chauffeur will be by himself. This means that we will need some help to carry furniture into the house. In the Netherlands, we would aks a neighbours son to help out at a fee, but we don't know anyone around Gandia yet. Any advice on how to find people who can help are welcome!
