Hi My name is Kirsti and I want to ask if anyone can recommend a builder and electrician. My property is in Torrevieja.

I have a skylight that is leaking water when there is a lot of rain . This needs resolving but the wall has water damage and needs replastering .

I also need an electrician for a couple of small jobs and general check on the electrics .

I want this sorting before any real inclement weather .

I will be visiting Benidorm on Wed 14th to Wed 21st to try and find a suitable long term rentable flat to spend my retirement. I am a widowed male pensioner with a good disposable income and reasonable bank balance. I am seeking a 1+ or 2 bedroomed apartment with a maximum rent of 1000 Euros a month.I would appreciate any good advice and information that would assist me in my quest.

Good morning, I'm considering buying a property close to Belimeli.Its a little remote (in the hills) with quite a narrow roadway. It's quite a tough uphill cycle so I'm wondering about local taxi services and public transport. I also require an English speaking structural engineer to survey the property so I'd really appreciate any useful advice.
