I moved into my house in La Marina 14 years ago and besides receiving my Iberdrola Bill I have received an Iberdrola Bill at my address for somebody else for all those years. The person it is addressed to is not who I bought the house from and his usage and bank details are totally different. I have redirected the mail back to Iberdrola more times than I can imagine so any advice?

We are moving over this weekend and bringing our 11yr old Lab and our 4yr old Staffordshire Bull Terrier.  I have been told today that Staffs are classed as a "dangerous" dog in Spain.  Can anyone confirm or deny this and if it's true - what do I need to do? Thanks in advance. 

Following my last ITV test I received an advisory regarding my sun damaged headlamp lenses. I thought I would ring a number from a leaflet left under my windscreen for Headlight Restoration Total price €25.  I rang the number and the guy was at my house within the hour, spent 40 minutes solid work and when he finished they were like brand new. He even gave me a maintenance sheet to maintain the finish. His number is 634 59 14 16. I can only speak as I find.

Looking for a TV in good condition, must be at least 32in screen, we are over from the 22nd of this month cash on collection. Thanks

I live on Forest Road with a great view of the mountains and can frequently watch firework displays in the distance and would really like to know where you can get the information to view these up close. We stumbled upon one in Catral a few years ago and I'm guessing we are looking at Dolores, Catral, Almoradi, Orihuela, etc from our view. Anybody any ideas please.

Like many of us, I changed to dual tariff pricing some while ago. However, Iberdrola have an offer for new contracts valid until the end of October with cheaper prices than I'm currently paying:

Low rate: €0.060709 per kW/h

High rate: €0.142726 per kW/h

Power charge: €42.043426 per kW/year, which works out at €0.115187 per kW/day

I printed out the PDF with the prices, plus a copy of my most recent bill, took them to the Iberdola shop in Almoradí, and asked if I could change to these prices.

They asked for my NIE number plus my passport or driving license, and five minutes later I had a new contract, with the new prices effective from tomorrow.

I could have done it online, but I preferred to ask, to make sure there weren't any hidden extras, like appliance insurance and something else they tried (unsuccessfully) to give me when I originally went on to the white meter.
