We had Apartment in Estepona for 5 years and sold it in May 2022.

Really small world

We are not planning to sell in Torquay. Renting for the future might be an option. Future décisions. Right now have to hand over thkeys of our flat in Denia and that is as far as I got

Would buy in Elche if we find a few like minded Brits so that my husband does not hate the place because he cannot communicate. Deciding where our next flat is going to be is basic. We have to rent for a month and I cannot be sure of anything. We thought Denia beautiful yet did not want ro stay. Long story so shall not bore you with it. Any idea how I can find out where the few english people Live? I sense that we would get along yet am not clairvoyant. Wish you a lovely day. Rob and Eva

Sorry; have my hands in too many pies. Thanks for your reply. Have heard about Hondon de las Nieves and Ciudad Quesada and they do look lovely yet not for people with mobility problems. So we have to stick to flat terrain and towns that are not empty when tourist season is over and that leaves few options. Elche is a very attractive option and am simply trying to find out in what areas the expats live and I mean within easy walking distance. Happy Easter and wish you a lovely evening.

Hi Karen Happy Easter. Well by the time you arrive we hope to have settled in nicely. Altabix is what I shall aim for and hope to see you there to have a drink or a drink and meal. We do like meeting people though we are not really that sociable as my husband plays the piano since he was a very small boy and I also have an artistic temperament so perhaps not everyone's cup of tea. Have a great time and looking forward to the future.
