From a neighbours property when setting a fire

Go to the Town Hall and Get or view a Fire License. That has rules and regs, sorry, but I can't find mine currently.

Hello anon

The procedure has changed in the last year.  In the area of Elche, you are no longer permitted to burn garden waste. It can be collected outside your gates for free if you contact the council refuse collection 680 363 774 (also on WhatsApp). If you have what is categorised as agricultural waste and your situation fits under some other specific rules, you can burn if you fill out a ‘Declaración Responsable’, downloadable here https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=94805

Read the rules carefully and if you think your situation fits, print the form, fill it in, then submit it at the nearest OMAC office. You will need an appointment, which you can get if you open a browser and type in ‘OMAC cita previa’
I hope that helps!
