House break ins!

I live next door to an empty house. Last night it was broken into for the 4th time this year It is very worrying being a pensioner I am not able to do much about it. I always call the Police who are great when they arrive, but are always too late to catch anyone. We come under Elche police is there anyone in the Police there who I could call who speaks English privately to get them to the house quicker.
