We are non residents and found the charges at Sabadell were extortionate and have recently changed to Caixa bank where we are charged 75 euros a year and that's all in. There's a branch at the back of Consum next door but one to Zodiac's.
We did consider the Deutsche bank but they are closing their branch in La Marina.

Yes we are non resident and we don't pay a fixed sum in every month, do not keep a fixed amount in our account and we pay in when we come over. The 75 euros is for everything, charges and two cards, one for me and one for my husband. If you go and see Rachel in the branch she is extremely helpful.
