I believe the urbanization is in Alicante and the Pueblo in Elche so I think not

Both places are in the Province of Alicante but La Marina village comes under the jurisdiction of Elche, whereas La Marina the urbanisation comes under the jurisdiction of San Fulgencio. Have a look at the N332 Facebook page as they have been keeping us up to date with rules and regulations regarding the virus since March last year. Their Facebook page and website (deals with anything to do with driving in Spain) are run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil for English speaking people.

Strange, I've always believed that La Marina Urbanisation comes under the municipality of San Fulgencio too, but information from www.elche.es suggests that both La Marina Village and the Ubanisation are in Elche:
"The district of La Marina is located in the south of the municipality of Elche, bordering the Mediterranean Sea, the districts of El Derramador and Daimes and the municipalities of Dolores, San Fulgencio, Guardamar del Segura and Santa Pola.
"This district has an urban nucleus where most of its residents are concentrated, who have doubled in number since the mid-1990s. The N-332 that connects Valencia with Almeria crosses its territory."
Kind regards,
Kim

Thanks I could not remember the San fulgencio bit so the answer is still no. It came up last March too as people wanted to go to Iceland and Mercadona from the Pueblo but were banned under the “hospital” districts I believe it was then

Hospital districts are not the same as municipalities. Elche Town Hall's own website suggests that it would be OK to travel from La Marina urbanisation to the village, as they are both in the municipality of Elche, but if it was me, I think I'd email the Town Hall and ask that specific question.

Here's the official guide from Valencia. You will see where and when you can go. For full guide log on to https://www.visitvalencia.com/en/new-normal-arrives-valencia
Nightly movements
A curfew will be in operation from 10 pm to 6 am . Excluded from this rule are professional activities, health needs, care of persons or force majeure.
Border closures in the Valencia regionThe entry and exit of persons from the territory of the region of Valencia is restricted, except for duly justified journeys for one of the following reasons
a) Visit to health centres, services and facilities.
b) Fulfilment of obligations relating to labour law, professional, business, institutional or legal matters.
c) Attending universities, teaching and training centres, including nursery schools.
d) Return to the place of habitual residence or to the place where the family resides.
e) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependent, disabled or particularly vulnerable persons.
f) Travel to financial and insurance companies or petrol stations in neighbouring areas.
g) Necessary or urgent action before public or judicial authorities or notaries.

This restriction does not apply to international entries via ports and airports in the Region of Valencia as the Spanish Autonomous Communities are not able to close or limit the Schengen area. Once inside the Community of Valencia, the traveller will be restricted from leaving the Community by land, just like other people, except for the reasons described above.

Foreigners are strongly recommended to have a confirmed hotel booking or proof that they are travelling to their own property. In any case, once they reach their destination, they must comply with all the travel and other restrictions in force in the place where they are staying and in the Valencia region.

Thanks Nikki, but I can't find the part in your post where it answers the OP's question, i.e. can they travel between La Marina urbanisation and La Marina village?
Regards

It doesn't. I have always understood that La Marina village ( along the long straight road) comes under Elche. And that La Marina Urbanización comes under San Fulgencio. So this means that from Friday afternoon to Early Monday morning you cant travel between the 2. However you can from Monday until 15.00h on Friday. Hope this helps.

Yes. It is in the Valencia region so is ok. You can travel with the Valencian region but not outside eg Murcia. It all depends on where you want to go being in the same region (Valencia) as where you live. It is more the big cities which have more limits. EG, yesterday we went to Elche (Valencian Region) but you must leave the area by 3pm.
