If your returning to the UK you need an Antigen test they cost between €20 (Benidorm area) - €40 Imed torrevieja and cabo Roig medical centre or €50 Farmacia lago sol ( these are orihuela costa area/ torrevieja.
You also need to have booked your day 2 test as you need the booking reference for your Passanger locator form.
If not vaccinated twice you need day 2 & 8 tests.
Randox are good, book 4/5 days before you return and they'll be waiting for you when you get home. Use the voucher code FLYRYANAIR and you'll get £5 off the day 2 test making it £43 or £10 off the day 2&8 test package making it £86 instead of £96 for the package.
Really easy to do. Especially if you live near to a drop box. But they include a label to post it if you don't.
Good luck

Hi,
Expert Medical get one of the worst ratings for their covid test services. I would be wary of using them.
I have used Testing for All, for day 2/8 tests, they were fine, £ 98 for both. I have seen quite a few good reports for Randox Health £86 for day 2/8 using airline discount code.
I would recommend looking up reviews for any company you plan on using.
Aitch.

I was supplying the details to a previous poster but you’ve got me wondering now about reviews.
Not that I’m planning on travelling anywhere.
Quick look at the website and you’re giving a warning to order well in advance
Now with the U.K. we’ll in the midst of a pingdemic and staff shortages everywhere.if Royal Mail are only doing twice a week deliveries to your house then surely all these test companies offering testing at home will be in the same boat. Delays both in receiving the test as well as returning are going to apply to all these companies.
Again if I was fully vaccinated in the U.K. and was going to need just a Day 2 test , then getting an early result wouldn’t really make any difference, because there’s no quarantine involved anyway.so does it matter if you pay £28 or £200 for a test. I’m sure that if I was worried that my Day 2 test hadn’t shown up I would pop along to the nearest test centre, have a free test there and then do the Day 2 when it finally arrived.
There are also number of instances when people have tested positive on the Day 2 test and the company then have to inform the airline so that all passengers have to quarantine. That person may not have had their result until Day 5 That positive case could be the one person that had bought from an unreliable test company.
Yes it makes a huge difference to us vaccinated in Spain as you rely on the test results being back on time to release from quarantine, so in that case it’s worth shopping around for the best supplier.

Lynn, your quite right. We returned from Spain 2 weeks ago, they didn't ask for any test results at all.
Remember they only ask you to TAKE the test. As Long as you can prove you ordered it and took it and sent it off, you've done your job. Go for the cheapest you can get. Randox is defo the cheapest.
They send you an email when they receive it. That's your proof. Or you could just take a pic or.short.video.of you taking it and posting it etc.
You'll have the ref number etc of the test too. No point spending more than £50 on the tests.

I think I will go with Randox as well. With the Ryanair discount it is pretty reasonable.
