Complaint about pool maintenance company - Page 2

I would be  careful who you trust when it comes to the pool people....how do you know the

peson calling themselves "Villa" is not really the Villain ?

Thank you for the support...…..I honestly believe our pool was trashed because we have had a lot of problems with them in the past and they thought we were not going to pay the last months maintenance, which incidentally is not even due until 31st July and unlike this company we are not criminals.....they were expecting us to come in to the office yesterday when we saw the state of the pool and when they refused to fix the pool and I said well I will pay you when this is done to which they replied "we were expecting that" so when I said so that's the reason why you have trashed our pool, to which she didn't reply......we were honestly going to pay but we didn't get the chance.  I have also been informed from a previous employee they keep copies of the keys which is worrying so we will have the lock changed.....these people are, in my opinion, outright crooks.  The ex employee also said how the his car tyres had been slashed because he wanted to claim unfair dismissal...….and his girlfriend was sacked also.   Every pool maintenance guy we have had, and there were many, had a different story to tell regarding the Director Andrew Morton, like, he was alledgedly a loan shark when he lived in the UK and allegedly there is a case going through the courts at the moment for a pool he built which leaks like a sieve and was not prepared to do anything about it so the couple took him to court.....in my opinion this is a totally unprofessional company in the very least but at worse outright crooks. …...tread carefully

Thank for this very useful information, we shall take your advice and ask to see their complaints book but knowing their history we are fearing repercussions...….

sorry but you have the temperament of an employee of the pool people and it is also my prerogative to give advice based on experience....
