Yes they will, I didn't realise you were NR. I think virtually every bank charges out here.

Paying bank charges is part and parcel of being a NR. I pay 120e per annum. Worth every penny.

We bank with Bankia and when you are "pensionistas" and have your pension paid in directly, our monthly bank charges are immediately credited back into our account, thus free banking.

Sabadell Expoansion account I believe waves charges if you transfer €700/month into the account or look at Bankia On their online account I believe waves charges if you do everything online, however I would suggest you make an appointment with these banks to double check

i changed to Bankia and use this account
you can use internet app on the phone and i use transferwise to put money in,
and pay direct debits from it
get a debit card, you have to use online or through the ATM unless its transactions over 600 euros
then you can use the counter service, i got the girl in the bank to open it for me
