I guess that you have tried to contact the mortgage provider directly?
Re your account in Spain, have they asked you at any time to provide identification material regarding non resident verification?

In cases like this, one thing you might try is contacting TransferWise customer support directly. They might be able to help troubleshoot the issue with your account and get the transfer sorted out.
