Hi I have signed up to netflix . Have paid for two devices . Works fine on ipad . My TV however does not . Netflix says one of two reasons . TV needs updating or wifi ie internet . Internet says its my Tv but worked fine in Uk a month ago. Is there anybody who can suggest where or who I go to as its a good Tv maybe 7 years old but is smart Tv and great picture . Thanks in advance

Hi Anne you said u signed up to 2 devices an ipad and tv. U said it worked perfectly fine in UK. Can this be 3 devices and not 2 devices. If I'm right try unistalling from ipad and then load on tv.

It was 3 in uk but hereit £7 each device . So have had to take it off my fone . Not sure am capable of uploading ipad but veen out will try soon as sounds like a plan . Thanks so much xx
