New TIA after changing address

I have a TIA since they were required but have now changed my address. Where do I get the papers to fill in new details and where do I take them is it still Alicante. How much will it cost. Many thanks.

I have never heard of a TIA.   Do you mean TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero), your residency card?
