Hi,we have recently purchased a town house property in playa flamenca(picked keys up Dec).
Can anyone tell me how long it is till you receive deeds for the property?

You should have received a copy of the Deeds at the Notary when you purchased your property or if your Solicitor had Power Of Attorney then check with him for a copy and to confirm he has the original.

Hi we bought our property last June
They told us 6 months for the original deeds to be ready.

I must have been lucky I got mine within 2 months.
Have you asked your solicitor how long?

We waited six months, then collected them from a Local branch of our Solicitor, we did not trust getting them through the post.
