Hi Niki

I bought in June 2018 got the original deeds in February 2019.   Seems to vary but then it’s Spain.

Lots of good advice on this forum, good luck

Ellie

Thankyou Ellie,

It gets a bit stressful but once we are used to the Spanish Way it will all be good.

Or once we get the deeds. Haha

Thanks

Lol,

That’s true.

Thankyou.

I think we get worried because our solicitor never replies to us.

You should have been given a summary copy at purchase. Our full deeds arrived 6 months later

Thankyou everyone for your advice.

I managed to get an apt with our solicitor to collect our deeds when we are over in a couple of weeks.

Thank god, nearly there!
