Hi Everyone

Can someone please advise me of another company I can use to pay the above tax. I've used Angar Taxation in the past. However I'm getting no reply to my email or texts.

I'm in the UK and unable to return to Spain until January.

Thanks very much.

Julia

I don't use them but have you tried them on WhatsApp - 0034 636 449 366 bearing in mind that on WhatsApp you get the tick to confirm delivery and then the ticks turn blue when it's read.

So you'd at least know it has been read - and you've still enough time to go elsewhere should there be no response.

A number of threads on this. Spanish Tax Forms Ltd and Taxadora (you can find them on Google) charge 34.95 per household to complete the forms for you. They can also pay the tax for you for, I think, an extra 10 euro if you are unable to take the forms to the bank yourself.

The Spanish tax authorities also allow you to complete the form online with the option for doing it in English. Bee2 has posted several helpful threads on how to complete the form 210.

Hi Julie,

I use Solmed Solicitors for my residents tax.  Her name is Alwyn, and I am sure she could do it for you. Email: [email protected]

I would highly recommend her!

Have a good day xx

Hi Julia,

Angar Taxation did mind a couple of times until they changed their ways, put up the price, so I looked elsewhere and found Lesley who does the job and communicates better. Simply send her an email via this website www.spain214.com

Thanks for your help everyone. Andy does seem to have put his prices up. I was also a bit concerned that he wanted my British Nat Insurance number.

Can anyone also please advise how I ascertain the cadastral value of my house?

Thanks again for your help everyone.

Julia

You National Insurance number is also your UK tax ident number and needs to be shown on the returns. You will also find that, if you have a Spanish bank, they will require it as well.

The cadastral value of your property is shown on your IBI (council tax) bill. If you haven't had one you can ask for it at your local SUMA office or at the town hall.
