Hi all

We currently have a second home here and are considering applying for residencia.

We are in the fortunate position that we would not need to work but are under pensionable age.  Therefore is there any way to obtain access to the Spanish Healthcare system or do we just have to purchase PHI.

Any advice would be greatly welcomed

Hi has anyone else had trouble getting there QR code via the spanish health app? My daughter arrives in alicante on tuesday, she's filled the form in via the app and when she gets to the end to get code it keeps saying communication error! She has filled in and printed off the form from ryanair site, so hopefully that will do. Any suggestions.

Hi guys, I have a house in Beniarda and a plot of land in Guadalest that I want to sell as a package. The plot is 12000 odd square metres so big enough to build on if you get the necessary permissions and the house is 10 minutes up the road in the beautiful village of Beniarda with stunning views of the reservoir and surrounding mountains. I would like to ask/query about the number of English run bars and businesses in Gandia and immediate surrounding areas. Looking for a small part time job to keep myself busy and meet new english speaking people in the area. Would Gandia support this idea as I don't currently speak enough Spanish? Any tips, advice or knowledge would be greatly appriciated. Thx

With the UK Government’s current advice to avoid ‘non-essential’ travel to Spain and 14 day quarantine when returning, my understanding is that if I was to travel to our holiday home, then our existing travel insurance would be invalid.

The quarantine when returning is not a problem for me, but I am worried about travelling without adequate insurance.

It seems that many people are still travelling to Spain, so am I correct in assuming that they are all risking travelling without insurance 🤔

Seems too much of a risk to me!
