Teresa is English and her Spanish husband is a lawyer.May be worth giving her a call. My friend’s situation is similar to yours in that his padrón is also dated 2021, although he has been here since early 2020.

I am so sorry for you....I have also been denied and my lawyer is appealing. She doesn't want to be paid anything until we are given residencia.

Hi what was you denied for , they didn't believe we had been here before end of December, I've sorted out loads of paperwork to prove we were , flight tickets bank statements , utillity bills even final bills from home in UK showing we left November 2020 , it's because our padron and healthcover are dated 2021 only because we couldn't get appointments
