Has anyone any experience of getting Internet from Aeromax? They are promising 25mb for 25 euros per month. Installation is expensive as it requires an ariel on the roof. I have no broadband or land line.

They often reply to threads on this forum, but don’t make it clear it is the company posting the recommendation. They are rated by 90% of people as bad on Trustpilot, so that speaks volumes for me.
Have used them for nearly 5 years and not had a single issue. When we moved house the dude came on moving day and took the dish from one house to the other and had internet before the boxes even moved in. Not long ago I sent them an email as we were on an older plan and they upgraded it almost immediately, should probably check again as no doubt that plan is now outdated but our experience has been positive at least. In the past they were not so hot with responding via emails and you had to call them but if you need to they speak English so that is not a barrier.
I'm aware many seem to have issues but we never have.

We are out in the campo, with no alternative. We have absolutely no problem with Aeromax, stable steady connection. There was an outage once and we rang them - multilingual staff - and explained, they investigated and rang back an hour later as promised with the reason and the remedy. In fact it was Iberdrola doing work in the area who had damaged something, but it was fixed within a couple of hours.
So, no problem.
Absolutely rubbish internet always going down especially weekends never any replies.

Well, i can only reiterate what i wrote above; but will say that the installer whom we used did advise us not just to have the least expensive service, which was of course our first choice, as he said it wouldn’t be satisfactory, given how far out we were and the difficulty of aligning the satellite to pick them up as we are in a very difficult position for reception. All I can say is that so far, no problems at all.

Thank you far all the replies. The range of opinions shows what a mess the Internet industry is in. (Same as Estate Agents and Financial Services)
I am in a Broadband Black Hole: No Fibre or landline. Struggling to run a TV (catch up, box sets, etc) I have a dish for Freeview.
Ole wanted E30 for 6MB.
TV Horadada said that 6MB was the max they could give me. I am supposed to be getting 6MB from them but only usually have 1.2 or 1.6MB.
Eurona could only give me 2.4MB. I had a router on trial.
Telitec wanted E43 + IVA for 8MB
Aeromax have just installed a dinner plate size dish and I am showing 35MB. I am not on contract, but if ok will agree a 2 year contract.. E25 per month. The lucky reason is because I am 100 meters from their ariel on top of the MaxGym
