Internet from 'Aeromax' - Page 2

You must be joking or own the company.  Staff never answer phones, emails and never give you an answer or offer reimbersement when they are off for whole days which is a lot considering

Thy sponsor this site and have no idea how to communicate with customers.  Have had at least 5 outages since February and get the same answer back via messenger not phone or email.  

These outages are all day by the way not just an hour and whoever is saying positive things about this company on this site must be working or a managaer for the company.  

Seriously avoid and look for alternative they never give you a reason why the issue is and say referred to technical but never come back.  We are going to cancel as soon as we sort out alternative.  We paid a lot of money for the dish and installation and seriously should have checked trust pilot or someone first.   I would never ever recommend this company.  They are just bad in every aspect, trying to give you some experience.  Check out trust pilot or other sites. I am an unhappy customer but fair if given the service required and deserved.  They do not deserve your hard earn money.   

Lee101: I very strongly resent your statement that because I have written positive things about this company I must be working as a manager for them.

Upon what basis, exactly, are you proposing this? I have no connection with Aeromax other than as a user of their services, and I retain my right to report on my experience of this without it being implied that I am somehow in thrall to them.

I reiterate, we are miles out in the campo, at the extremity of their satellite coverage and in several years have only had a couple of outages, which were fixed within a very short time.

I was sceptical about the claims in my region (Aspe - Hondon Valley - Algueña) but I have seen it in action and they are achieving must faster Up and Download speeds, stable connection and very little 'noise'

That said, this was for customers mainly in the campo areas, not sure if that affects your decision?

Hi, I have been with aeromax for a few years. On the whole they are ok on the plus side they are inexpensive I get 20mb for 25eur. Main thing is where you are because it's a satellite. Warning... the rarely answer the phone when you call and it goes off lot without any warning. I am now considering nettler who of the same deal for 2euros more  but you can get a phone line as well.

I have lived in Spain a long time and know lots of people who have been with Aeromax - I don't think one of them has had a good experience or had reliable phone & internet. Not one. They are almost impossible to get hold of, it's impossible to have a phone conversation with anyone because the line is so bad and the internet is usually off more than on - and if it is on, the speeds are pathetic. If you can, go with Cableworld. I get 30mbs for 30 euros per month. I can usually achieve speeds of at least 27 and my internet is very reliable.

I have not heard a single person happy with the service.  We have been down all weekend and my nieghbours and friends in po let's also the same.  We are in  campello and had five outages in three months.  This weekend it has been down totally.   If I have offended you I apologise, but clearly your level of service is a lot different to a lot of people.   

This company is awful.  All three of us are looking for a new supplier Monday morning.

Ok, understood. We are in a very small development of a few isolated houses 5km from nearest village. Nearly all houses have Aeromax, and we are at the furthest reach of their coverage. I can only tell you that we’ve only had a couple of outages in several years, no, one can’t get hold of them when these occur which is difficult, but the service has been restored within a few hours, so we are all quite happy with it.

And we know others in the surrounding area who also use it and are perfectly satisfied.

I am with Aeromax since years I live in the campo and thanks to them I have internet. What is fantastic if you go back to the UK you can send an email  and your payments are  suspended till you get back! Their service is good  and reasonable. 5 stars
