My aunt will be coming over for a few months. She takes sleeping pills here but they are prescription ones. I've seen we cant get them posted over so just wondering is it possible to get them over the counter in Spain? Many thanks
Hello
What is the name & strength of the product? Without that info no one with any experience of obtaining the product will be able to help. Can she take any sleeping tablets or just the prescribed one?
Cheers
Elinspain

Not sure if it's illegal but definitely dangerous. I would never use any medicine which came to me via mail from a non-descript company.

If she gets them on prescription, why doesn't she bring them with her?

Sleeping pills are usually not prescribed in large quantities because of the demand/ease of selling them. OP mentions aunt will come for a few months and the prescription is from another country.

You can get certain prescribed medications without a prescription but if l was you l would check with the chemist in La Zenia Boulevard prior to your Aunties arrival.

Hi you used to be able to buy zopiclone 7mg over the counter but now you need to get a script from doctor in Spain. It’s 30 euro to see my doctor and only 3 euro for the tablets . Hope this helps.
