I booked my canneclled Easy Jet flight through last minute .com so have to go through them for my refund. Minus the 30 euros they take for getting my refund back!

Whilst they are good at replying to my e-mails, they are having no better luck at getting the refund back from Easy Jet than the rest of you.

Today on the internet we changed our easy jet flights from Glasgow to Alicante on the 22nd of April to the 27th of May. My wife and I just paid the difference which was about £80. The change of flights were effortless.

Regards

 Jim

I have also issues trying to communicate with easyjet following my flight being cancelled. I completed their refund form and have sent over 10 emails but so far no response. It has been impossible to reach them by telephone. I will keep trying but now I expect very little joy from my refund request

Because they don’t want to go bankrupt!!!!   None of us will benefit from that.

Do you mean liquidation/administration? If they do go this route, if you've paid on credit card you will be covered.

That’s not my point !  I’d rather have a continuing functioning airline to enable me to continue to visit my holiday home at reasonable cost.
These are extraordinary times.  We need to cut the airlines some slack. They are doing their best in circumstances none of us could have foretold.

You are missing my point too? We'd all rather have a 'continuing function' but we clearly we can't. There are lots of people out there that are having financial worries right now and so just trying to make the point that if any of the airlines go into administration or liquidation then if they have paid on their credit card they have some chance of getting their money back.

We should not be refunded if we can     in order not the company go bankrupt      we need to help each other in these

horrible disastrous situations.

Exactly, I agree we need to rebook where at all possible otherwise the airline will go bankrupt, we will have few flight options & prices will rocket.

We need to show support wherever we can.

Take care all & keep safe at this dire time

We dont use easyjet but use jet 2 they offered us full refund on our flights or we could move them to another date at no extra cost which we did no problem

What email did you use to contact easyjet, appreciate if you could let me have it as the ones I used have generated no responses

Thanks Alan
