Hi all, We have a 3 bed quad villa in Playa Flamenca very close to the Saturday Market. About a minute from the Irish bar. We do rent it out, check it out on gumtree, and we might be thinking of selling in the near future. Have to say it is a great area, close to La Zenia Boulevard, bars, shops and about 15 minute walk to the beach.

That's easier said than done, we just purchased the ideal apartment in la zenia, we used several agents all offering the same places at different prices, however, we liked inmoinvestments in la zenia, so, so helpful, patient and polite.

I spotted 'our' apartment on their website and added it to our shortlist before we went over....nothing else could match it for the price, condition and especially location (5 min walk to beach and boulevard). We decided to low ball an offer of €10,000 on an already low and reduced price, inmoinvestments negotiated on our behalf and the offer was accepted!!
Then, our independent lawyer ( and you must ask me for her details if you get fixed up....she is awesome and works for 'cash' 😜) over and above service.
Info and our lawyer teamed up with our bank manager and the three of them did everything.....so, so simple, relatively cheap and so smooth.
Hope you can get your title and legal papers to the property then

Yes, everything went perfectly, her fee was cheaper for cash and she did everything for us....considering I buy dozens of Uk properties this was the quickest, easiest and most pleasant experience.

Well if you got the Money to buy lots of UK Properties
Why did you not Hire and Pay the Top people to do your Spanish purchase.
On a lighter Note 99.9999% of Estate Agents are lying two faced Robbing swine
and that goes for both Spain & most definitely the UK

But Have You got your Full Legal Title and Deeds to the Property Yet
Is the Land it is on Properly Registered Yet.

I am really interested in moving to costa Blanca but would like to rent until I find where I want to settle. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a nice 2 bedroom apartment for long let?

I’m coming over on 15th August until 3rd September initially and hope to find something I can rent for 6-8 weeks at a time thereafter - having an issue with fat fingers 😂
